Why The Health Conduit exists

The Health Conduit began with a simple question: why is it often so difficult to make sense of health information online?

Much of the content available today is aimed at fitness enthusiasts, or built around simplified takeaways that rarely capture the wider context behind the research. For people who simply want to understand how health evidence fits together, this can make the information feel incomplete.

This project was created to approach health information differently. Rather than offering quick advice or selective insights, The Health Conduit focuses on translating research into clear, evidence-based explanations.

The aim isn’t to prescribe solutions, but to make health research easier to explore and understand so that readers can reflect on the evidence and form their own perspective.
